Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Maona Spa Partners LLC website or purchasing any of our services. By accessing our website or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Maona Spa Partners LLC ("Maona," "we," "us," or "our") is a spa and wellness consulting company registered in New Jersey. Our principal place of business is Jersey City, NJ 07310. Contact us at hello@maonaspaconsulting.com or +1 (888) 787-9395.

2. Services

Maona offers spa and wellness consulting services including but not limited to:

  • Spa Profit and Experience Audit ($197 one-time fee)
  • Launch Support Package ($5,000 project fee)
  • Operational Optimization ($3,500 project fee)
  • Ongoing Advisory Retainer ($1,000/month)
  • Staff training, brand development, SOP creation, and related consulting services

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of all consulting services beyond the Spa Audit will be agreed upon in a written proposal and contract prior to commencement.

3. Spa Profit and Experience Audit

The Spa Profit and Experience Audit is a standalone, one-time service with the following terms:

  • Delivery: Your personalised video audit will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days of confirmed payment receipt.
  • Credit: The $197 audit fee is credited in full toward any Maona consulting package booked within 90 days of audit delivery.
  • Refund policy: Due to the custom, research-intensive nature of the audit, all sales are final once work has commenced (typically within one business day of payment). If we are unable to deliver your audit within the stated timeframe for reasons within our control, we will issue a full refund.
  • Intake accuracy: The quality of your audit depends on the accuracy and completeness of information provided in the intake form. Maona is not responsible for audit findings based on incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through HubSpot Payments powered by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these terms. All fees are in US dollars. Payment is due in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. For retainer agreements, payment is due on the first of each month.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Spa Audit: All sales final once work has commenced. See Section 3 for full details.

Project-based consulting: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in your signed agreement. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to the cancellation date.

Monthly retainers: Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable upon cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Maona website including text, design, graphics, and proprietary frameworks is the intellectual property of Maona Spa Partners LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Audit reports and consulting deliverables created for you are for your internal business use only and may not be resold or distributed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of an engagement. Maona will not disclose your business information, financial data, or proprietary details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver services using approved third-party tools (such as HubSpot). This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Success Guarantee

Maona's success guarantee applies to formal consulting engagements where specific, measurable deliverables have been agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. If those agreed deliverables are not met due to factors within Maona's control, we will continue working at no additional cost until they are achieved.
